The BBQ of Texas.

The Best BBQ I have had is The Salt Lick out side of Austin. 

Wood Grill, Dry rub, Home made sauce. This place is Busy as Hell.  One of the best thing is when you have to leave Austin there is a Salt lick in the Airport,  Get your food to go take it on the plane and in the middle of your flight pull it out and go to town.  that is the worst everyone around you will be pissed as they salivate all over themselves.

Best Pig.

This was a 120# MILK raised Pig from one hour from were we served it.  Cooked on the spic for 11 hours.This is one thing I miss about Austin. 

Why out of the Office.

Be Back soon.  Going to Peninsula Papagayo for some inspiration,  I will not answer my Cell and will Try not to check the E-mails. Jest time to chill out drink eat.  Going to Austin for some tex-mex, margaritas.  One of my really good friends is getting married.  Next Costa Rica for some fun!!  If you like I will be Twittering or tweeting.  I jest got a Video Tweet App on my blackberry.   

Hydro Basil.

This is my first time doing Hidro Basil.  I am growing about 45 Basil plants and about 55 different mixed lettuce. All of the supplies where donated from BJ's Produce.   I built a frame and filed it with about 600 Galleons of water. We will see what happens.

Trout.

I like vinaigrette as a sauce for some fish dishes.  This time it was a roasted Tomato vinaigrette.  The trout is local Georgia trout.  Ratatouille with Herbs from the garden.
