Biography
In writing my blog many people say, " Really " and are surprised by it because writing is not one of my strengths by any means. If you know me you know how driven I can be to get things done. I like to turn weakness into strength and think this is a way to do it. In Cooking School I failed French Twice, Only Class I have ever failed. After graduating I moved to Chambery France for six months working under Jean Michel-Bouvier. I felt not so strong in the art of fish cutting, So I worked as a fish cutter for eight months. I see a lot of things Day to Day and think they are worth righting about and a great opportunity for me to improve myself. As a cook working in resurants I carry a note book in my pocket at all times, therw the years I have got threw a lot of note books and I have most of them. Moving around I have lost some as well all that info gone forever, this is my digetel note book.
